Information you choose to send

When you use the website contact form, Lobey Game Studios receives the name, email address, subject and message you submit. The website sends those details to the studio inbox through an email delivery provider.

We use that information to read and respond to your enquiry and to maintain reasonable records of studio correspondence.

Internal testing applications

If you apply to test Ascendant: Life RPG, we collect the email address you identify as connected to your Google Play account and your confirmation that it meets that requirement. We use it to review your application, contact you about testing and, if approved, add the account to the relevant Google Play tester list.

The website does not automatically email internal testing applicants. If an application is approved, Lobey Game Studios adds the submitted address to the tester list and manually emails the current Google Play testing link and instructions.

Website operation

This website does not currently use advertising cookies, behavioural advertising or third-party analytics. The service that hosts the website may process standard technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details and request timestamps, to deliver and protect the site.

Sharing

Lobey Game Studios does not sell personal information. Email delivery, email hosting, website hosting and Google Play may process information only as needed to deliver those services, administer testing, maintain security and comply with applicable law.
