Clearer main screens
Earlier builds used horizontal section shortcuts to move around long screens. They worked, but they also made every page feel like a directory. Character, Adventures, Inventory and Profile now keep their primary information in view and open secondary systems through dedicated drill-down cards.
Character gained focused Power Breakdown and Equipment views. Adventures gained a Realm Directory and Adventure Reports. Inventory separated Current Loadout and Consumables, while Profile now gives Achievements, Titles, Chronicle, Settings and Data & History direct destinations.
Compact controls and the right visual language
Quests kept one compact filter control beside the Quest Board, with the available filters moved into a bottom sheet. That leaves more room for the real purpose of the screen: seeing and completing real-life Quests.
We also audited the major navigation, status and page concepts against Ascendant's custom asset catalogue. Settings, journey records and daily progress now use icons that describe their actual purpose, while standard Material icons remain limited to small utility actions.
Internal testing continues
Version 1.0.12 was published to Ascendant's Google Play internal-testing track on 17 August. Automated layout, icon and navigation checks passed before that release, while hands-on testing across compact and large Android phones remains part of the ongoing alpha process.
